Gill Daley has over 30 years of experience within the hairdressing industry, and is a highly respected hairdresser and management guru. She joined Vidal Sassoon in the early 70's for the opening of the Leeds salon it is here where Gill and Russell met in the exiting early days. In 1978 she became Sassoons first female manager and went on to become general manager of all the UK salons based in London, being responsible for profitability and strategy planning, also for educating salon teams at all levels from assistants through to management and regional managment training.

After a long career with Sassoons she has now returned to Leeds working with Russell, Robert and the Eaton family in the very exiting new Aveda lifestyle store.
